We will be meeting on SUNDAY, JULY 26TH AT 5:00pm in the Sanctuary to begin decorating and setting up for VBS!!! Be there!!

REMEMBER, if you can, to lend us any and all Camping Equipment you may have - make sure your name is on it, and leave it in the old nursery! And we need old keys, frisbees, backpacks, and gem stone stickers.

In the Narthex is a master list of all individuals who have signed up for the chicken BBQ on July 25th. If you are uncertain as to what you signed up for, please consult the list. We still need help in the kitchen (now air-conditioned) cooking rice and corn. We would really appreciate assistance in this position. Thank You!

THE OUTREACH COMMITTEE has a Birthday Box located in the small hallway near the Toddler Room. We all remember Jesus’ birthday on December 25th. Outreach would like to designate the 25th of each month, in honor of Jesus’ birthday, as a date for the Birthday Box. If a few people would donate a gift for a child to the Birthday Box on or around the 25th of each month, that would be wonderful! We give these gifts to the Rescue Mission for underprivileged children. We would appreciate your help.

David Payne Drama presents the C.S. Lewis tale at Ocean City Tabernacle (399-1915), 550 Wesley Avenue on Monday, July 20th at 2:00pm and 7:00pm. Tickets $12.00 adults/$6 children 12 and under.

Our Senior High youth group is going to Delanco Camp in Tabernacle, NJ this week. Please keep them in your prayers throughout the week. Youth group meetings are canceled for the month of July but will resume again on Sunday, August 2nd.

There will be a meeting in the Chapel on Monday, July 20th at 7:00pm for all individuals interested in going on the Uganda (Watoto) Mission Trip (February 9-18, 2010). Please make every effort to attend. Thank you-Mike Smith.

CHILD FEDERATION…Naomi Circle is collecting items for Child Federation. There is a box in the Gathering Area where you may place: dry formula, baby food, and diapers. If you have additional questions please call Peggy Burton.

CUMC is organizing a team to help serve lunch at Sister Jean’s kitchen in Atlantic City on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month beginning July 14th. We will leave by the church van at 11:15am and return by 3:00pm. Pastor Dave will offer a _ hour worship service each of those days, followed by the meal. Last Sunday, JYG and Seniors went to the "Tenth Ave North" concert in Millville. They really gave such a great message and performance for our youth!! Tonight, Sunday, July 5th we meet in the youth room at 7pm for some...."In your shoes" devotional and games. Hope to see you there!! Then this Tuesday, July 7th, Beach Volleyball starts. And next week, Sunday July 12th, we go on our "Light House" trip!! We meet here in the parking lot at 6pm - Mrs Casagrande and Mrs Hogan.
